Research has shown that participating in moderate exercise, like brisk walking, on regular basis, can have a wide variety of health benefits. Walk with A Doc™ is an opportunity to get outside and get going with a group of like-minded people who are interested in increasing their activity and improving their health. Walk with a Doc™ is a national program, started by Dr. David Sabgir, a cardiologist in Columbus, Ohio, that encourages patients to incorporate physical activity into their lifestyle. Walk with a Doc™ is free and doesn’t require registration.
