Join our group on a journey towards diabetes control. Everyone is welcome!

Light refreshments will be served. Facilitated by a Diabetes Educator of the Mary Black Outpatient Diabetes Self Management Program.

Sugar Buddies is a FREE support group offered as part of Mary Black Health System's outpatient diabetes self-management program.
