Emergency Services/24-Hour Care When the unexpected happens, the Emergency Department at Mary Black Memorial Hospital is ready to respond with skilled, compassionate care. Specially trained, qualified physicians and nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide emergency services to adults and children.
Oncology In addition to the convenience of the Cancer Centers of the Carolinas nearby, chemotherapy is available on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Orthopaedics The Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas, located on the campus of Mary Black Memorial Hospital, offers world class orthopaedic surgery, rehabilitiation and sports medicine.
Surgery With 13 operating rooms and a diagnostic cysto room, Mary Black’s Surgery department routinely performs general surgery as well as these additional surgical procedures:
