Mary Black Volunteers

What do Volunteers do?

The Mary Black Volunteers provide a long list of services that improve hospital stays for patients and their families.  Most services are performed regularly, such as staffing the Cheer Cart (delivering refreshments, books and personal supplies throughout the hospital) or working in a waiting room.  Regardless of where your talents or interests lie, we know you will fit in perfectly!

The amount of time you volunteer is up to you - a little time or a lot of time - most volunteers work a minimum of half a day, one day per week.  Our adult volunteer program is open to all adults, age 18+ - men are not excluded.  The Junior volunteer program is for teens, age 14 - 18.
